我们正在为一家全球最大的化妆品连锁机构招聘店长一职，企业隶属于法国第一大奢侈品集团

工作职责：
- 参与销售指标的制定，推动销售业绩的提高，以及监督店铺销售指标的完成
- 全面负责店铺员工的招募、上岗培训、以及工作中的实际表现
- 督促并提高员工工作积极性
- 管理店内所有商品、货品以及电脑等固定资产的防损工作，以及仓库的库存统计管理工作

工作要求：
- 大专或以上学历背景
- 具有3年以上店铺营运或销售管理经验，至少从事过5年或以上团队管理工作
- 有零售或酒店等相关行业从业经验者优先
- 性格开朗，善于与人沟通
- 逻辑性强，且注重细节
