Experience, Education & Qualifications ·       

Qualification in Electrical Engineering and/or appropriate job related and building services experience ·       

A minimum of 5 years’ experience in the corporate real estate, facilities and /or property management industry. ·        Applicants are expected to have prior experience some of which will have been in a similar management / supervisory role  

Competency Profile ·       

Understanding of Technical Management and an ability to translate that understanding into advice ·       

Ability to solve a problem quickly and effectively ·       

Sound computer skills in Microsoft Office, MS project & excel ·       

Fair communication skills – written and spoken English ·       

Demonstrates initiative, enthusiasm and can work autonomously, as well as in a team environment ·       

Reliable and willing to accept additional tasks ·       

Shows attention to detail in completing tasks and requests ·       

Previous exposure to Banking or premium client service would be an advantage
