Job summary

?Responsible for the implementation and management of the Products’ Testing Program, including technical support and assess for products’ safety, compliance to the relative international standard.

?Products’ 3rd party lab test program management

Summary of Essential Job Functions

Ensure all products’ design, packing, material, product meets or exceeds the international safety standards and client requirements.

?Ability to document, monitor, and track test samples, test report output in time.

?Coordinate and schedule for testing/in house testing with factory to assure compliance.

?Monitor test report valid and document with daily structure.

?Review all test quotation, test item, test number, testing report performed by third parties to confirm validity of test procedure.

?Review all products/packaging legal line, warning, safety requirement and approval.

?Management and work with coordinator for daily input and job arrangement.

?Compliance Preliminary evaluation and Final Test Results – work with 3rd party testing lab to meet products destination compliance requirements or client specified requirements.

Minimum Requirement:

?More than 5 years of working experience at toys industry – at least 2 years management level in testing area, 3rd party lab working experience is MUST;

?Proficient & Strong knowledge of the toy industry’s’ international safety standards including CPSIA, ASTM, EN, Canada, AU, GSO,…;Well understanding with standard of Physical/Chemical/Electrical for US, EU, Canada, AU…;

?Good experience of work with worldwide retailers and toys’ brand ( Walmart, Target, Toy & Us, Mattel, Amazon, Walgreen, CVS…) and familiar with the relative requirement;

?Rich of knowledge of products and packaging legal warning review assessment meets or exceeds or confirmed to safety issue.

?Fluency of writing and spoken English is must.
