Main Responsibilities:

  Learn & understand UFS business. Work closely with CD team to communicate and implement standard process for TTS claim.

  Be responsible for the TTS claim, providing the relevant supporting validation.

  Communicate & coordinate with SOP team to solve CCMS pending issues.

  Prepare T&E tracking report, monitor spending phasing and budget control.

  Prepare daily AR report and follow up with AR overdue customer account.

  Conduct the AR/AR reconsolidation, collect the customer confirmation letters.

  Prepare the Capex forecast, coordinate with budget owner to complete standard Capex process.

Job requirement:

  Good finance knowledge with logical thinking 

  Strong communication and interpersonal skills 

  Good understanding of CD operation and business model

  Quick learner, result-oriented and work independently  

  Good skill in Excel/Word/PPT 

  Fluent in English speaking and writing
