You will be responsible for:

· Driving smart engineering (pattern, computer stitching and processes), ensuring that products consistently exceed customer expectations in respect to fit, comfort, design integrity, performance, perceived value, manufacturability and quality.

· Driving consistent implementation and trouble shooting new process and technology implementation across all manufacturing facilities.

· Training/teaching and knowledge sharing and continuously upgrading shoes engineering and overall design for manufacturing expertise across the supply chain.

· Giving consultation to production and development teams on smart engineering aspects with overachieving focus on quality and efficiency

What you will bring to us:

· Bachelor degree in Industrial Engineering, Footwear Sports Science or other manufacturing related degree.

· Good knowledge of shoes manufacturing process.

· A team player who has the ability to multi-task, and to thrive in a team atmosphere and work effectively with all levels of management.

· Fluent in English and Chinese

· Willingness to contribute to create an award-winning company culture

工作时间：
1.办公室职员：？5.5天工作制，月休6天
2.生产部员工：6天工作制，每周日休息，月休4天
