Job Description:

1）Handle telephone and  email inquiries from overseas and mainland China suppliers and branch offices.

 2 Coordinate with internal departments and suppliers for audit  scheduling, payment collection and invoice coordination.

  3）Input and maintain the update information for the Suppliers  information via Audit management system.

  4）Proactively to keep contact tracking and close communication with  internal and external.

  5）Timely provide weekly / monthly working report in an accurate  manner.

  6） Assist to follow hot task when it necessary.

  

  Job Requirements:

  1 Fresh university graduate or candidates with relevant experience but less  academic qualification will be considered

  2 Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese including Mandarin

  3 Strong attention to detail

  4 Familiar with PC operations including Chinese input

  5 Able to meet tight deadlines and work independently

  6 Immediately availability is preferred
