工作职责Responsibilities

· Communicate effectively between AQF operations team, factories and clients

to prepare inspections all over China.

与公司运营团队、工厂及客户沟通协调中国区域的验货安排。

· Coordinate closely with factories to validate the inspection date and

factory address following client's requirements.

根据客户的要求，与工厂配合，确认验货日期和验货地址。

· Work together with the account managers to provide accurate information and

excellent service to our customers.

与客户经理合作，为客户提供准确的信息和优质的服务。

任职需求Requirements

· College degree or above.

大专及以上学历

· At least One-year working experience as a customer services representative.

一年以上客服及其他工作经验。

· Good English, both oral and written.

良好的英文听说读写能力

· Service oriented, strong interpersonal skills, highly professional,

friendly.

具有良好的服务意识和人际交往能力，专业性强，待人友善。

· Team player with good communication skills.

具有良好的团队协作以及沟通能力。

· Good computer skills including Microsoft Office.

熟练电脑操作，包含微软办公软件
