1、负责前台服务热线的接听和电话转接，来访客户的接待、基本咨询和引见工作

2、负责公司高消耗品的盘点及采购

3、公司会议室使用管理及办公区卫生环境管理

4、负责公司员工每月考勤统计及整理工作

5、协助人事专员完成筛选简历、电话邀约面试及面试者接待工作

6、完成上级临时交办的其他事宜

任职要求：

1、20-26岁，大专或以上学历，有发展潜力

2、一年以上相关工作经验，优秀应届毕业生可放宽要求；

3、熟练使用各种办公软件（Word、Excel、PowerPoint等）及操作办公自动化设备，具备基本的网络知识

4、具备良好的服务意识和工作态度；具有较强的亲和力，反应敏捷，工作细致认真
