职位描述：

1. 在设施经理领导下，确保客户现场动力设施（高低压供配电系统；自动控制系统、消防系统、中央空调和制冷供热系统；工艺冷却水、压缩空气和真空系统；洁静室环境控制；纯水、废水系统；UPS 、发电机等）在正常运转状态；

2. 严格按照规程，对现场设备进行巡检和维护保养，如实记录和报告工厂动力设施的运行状态和数据；

3. 高效的分析问题能力和设备故障解决能力，并快速响应客户服务请求；

4. 遵循客户现场和公司的规章制度；

5. 能够主动完成经理安排的其他工作。职位要求：

要求：

1. 大专/本科以上学历，机电一体化、暖通相关工科专业；

2. 至少三年以上大型企业厂务设备运行、维护管理工作经历；

3. 熟悉公用系统设备原理，包括工厂供配电、空调系统、制冷系统、冷却塔、无油压缩空气机组、真空系统、洁净室环境控制、水泵和管道系统等；

4. 熟悉机械、电气等原理，具备分析、解决设备故障的能力；

5. 性格开朗随和，有较好的客户沟通能力和团队合作精神；

6. 具有良好客户服务意识，能在高压力环境下工作；

7. 熟练使用办公软件，英文读写流利。
