ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. The individual will closely communicate with US as well as China members regularly, summarizing the results obtained from measurements in form of a report for review. 

2. The individual will analyze the data and make judgements and provide recommendations based on the results. 

Qualifications REQUIRED:

1. This position requires a M.S. or Ph.D. degree in Electrical Engineering, Applied physics, Materials Science or a similar program.

2. Good coding skills with coding languages (such as Python and Perl)

3. Basic knowledge of how to use machine learning algos to train the model using mass-data followed by making predictions. 

4. It requires knowledge of semiconductor device physics and/or nanoelectronics, familiarity with advanced semiconductor processing technologies, and knowledge in statistical methods for experimental design and data analysis.

5. Fluency in both English along with Chinese is necessary.

PREFERRED:

1. Experience with statistical analysis software (such as Spotfire, Jump) is an advantage.

SKILLS:

1. The individual should have proven ability to achieve results in a fast moving, dynamic environment.

2. The individual should be self-motivated and self-directed, however, must have also demonstrated ability to work well with people and be an efficient team player.

3. In addition, the individual must have abilities to work cross-functionally, troubleshoot, analyze and solve complex problems, as well as manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
