职位描述
岗位职责：
1、负责公司品牌的销售及推广，根据上级安排进行的电话及回访，提高招商率；
2、负责收集新客户的资料并进行沟通，开发新客户；
3、维护老客户的业务；挖掘客户的潜力；
4、客户的追访、回访、维护客户关系，活动邀约及跟进，为客户提供专业的咨询，收集潜在客户资料，管理客户关系；
5、完成量化的工作要求；并能独立处理上级安排的其他工作；
任职要求：
1、对销售工作有较高的热情，应届毕业生亦可；
2、普通话标准，具有良好的沟通表达能力，语言富有感染力。
3、为人踏实，品德良好，综合素质休养佳，能吃苦耐劳，责任心强。
4、有自信心，乐观向上，工作态度积极认真，具有团队合作精神；
5、乐于接受挑战性的工作，有较高的职业精神，喜欢销售工作。

Founded in 2003, Dongguan Dongsheng Cashmere Products Co., Ltd was originally a branch factory of Shenzhen Erdos Cashmere Products Co., Ltd in Dalang. And the company is also the first trial enterprise restructuring affiliate of Inner Mongolia Erdos Cashmere Group. We are specialized in the production of cashmere, blended cashmere products and non-cashmere high-grade products. With the complete production equipment and 536 employees, we can produce as many as 450,000 pieces of products each year.
The management team in the company is well experienced and inherited the excellent enterprise culture of Erdos. In addition, we have adopted the most advanced computerized management system in our country. For all these reasons, we have reached the many overseas purchasers’ standards of social responsibilities and anti-terrorism.
