一、 职责描述：
1、负责学校微信公众号/小红书/领英（中英双语）等的运营规划以及日常运营维护；
2、负责文章内容撰写、编辑和选题策划等；
3、与团队合作挖掘制作读书文章选题，并有效提升阅读量、原创率、转化率；
4、与公众号粉丝进行有黏性有价值的互动；
5、负责保障公众号每日发布内容的安全性；
6、负责定期分析汇报公众号运营数据并做总结。
二、 任职要求：
1、 熟练使用书面英语（硬性条件）；本科及以上学历，新闻/广告传媒/市场/中文等相关专业者优先；

2、 2年以上文案策划、编辑工作经验，能独立完成素材搜集、内容采编、加工、主题选择、内容策划等相关工作；
3、有较好的文字功底及社交网络文案写作能力，并且能及时抓住时下热点；

4、有国际学校内容编辑优先考虑
5、善于沟通，情绪稳定，能较好处理人际关系；
6、积极主动，吃苦耐劳，追求卓越工作成果；
7、有PS基础，能根据新媒体内容选图、配图和简单设计，会网络视频编辑者优先。
