· Managing & lead the team to hit assigned sales target & cost target on the yearly basis.

· Develops a sales strategy for China sales team that ensures attainment of company sales target and profitability.

· Successfully manages and engages the team in services customers, provide solutions involving compelling value propositions based on cost/benefit analysis.

· Lead the merchandising team to work with Sales as one team, provide pre-sales and post-sales services to customers. Maintain high customer satisfactory rate.

· Train the team to think independently & communicate proactively with customers to ensure that customer orders can be right fulfilled in companywide.

· Establish internal policies and procedures to ensure that optimal production and material/sample planning and inventory control are achieved in the group. 

· Establish KPIs and reports to meet organizational needs.

Key requirements for the position                                         

· Degree or above in Business Administration or International Trade or discipline that focus on English, Customer Service, Marketing and Sales…etc.

· Minimum 10 years’ experience in Sales & Merchandising, Project Management and Customer Service of manufacturing industry, work experience in underwear is preferred.

· Good knowledge in leveraging information technology to accelerate business and process re-engineering.

· Involved in managing change in a multi-cultural and multi-plant environment.

· Willing to initiate and adapt to change in a challenging environment.

· Capable to deal with people at different levels.

· Strong people and management skills and managing changes.

· Good command in written and spoken English.

· Occasional travel in Asia & Africa is required.
