职责：

  

1、负责城市派送，码头柜操作，包括单据的整理

  

2、熟悉国内干线运输，城市派送，码头柜操作，根据客户的要求，及时满足客户需求，回复货物运输状态

  

3、协调各部门的联系，监督货物运输过程；协助客户解决突发异常事项，跟踪解决客户的紧急要求。

  

4、在必要时，实时跟踪货物运输状况，如：紧急订单，延时订单，及时向客户反馈信息。

  

5、对库存进行系统控制，数据维护。按月核对账单并及时请款。

  

6、根据客户要求及公司标准作业程式处理紧急特殊事件。

  

7、与仓库主管以及客户联系，协助客户对仓库的库存进行跟踪管理。

  

8、执行管理者分派的特殊/临时任务/项目。

  

  

资历：

1、大专以上学历

2、至少2年以上中港车物流相关经验

3、良好的英文读写能力，粤语听说能力

4、熟悉运用Word、Excel

5、良好的沟通和协调能力

Resposibilities:

Process import and export declarations including preparation of necessary documentation. Liaise with customs to rectify and issues

1.Ensure that all customer order is fulfilled daily and respond shipment enquiries to customer on a timely manner

2.Communicate effectively with other departments to monitor transportation issues and escalate problems as per the escalation procedure

3.Track and trace shipments where necessary, I.e. critical orders, delayed orders etc. and communicate progress internally and to customer

4.Preparation of monthly performance reports to the Logistic Customers

5.Receive and action special requirements or instructions from the Customer and produce.

6.Coordinate and schedule in-country transport movements-collections and deliveries, and communicate to warehouse supervisor

7.Raise personal training needs with Supervisor to support other activities

Qualifications:

1.College and above

2.Minimum 2 year related working experience in airfreight and ocean freight forwarding/shipping/logistics field

3.Fluent of read and written English skill and Cantonese speaker is a MUST
