Job Summary 工作概述

The Operations Manager role will be working in a fast-paced engineering environment and, will require an individual who can drive and structure processes and the organisation, continuously addressing operation’s efficiency and effectiveness improvements. The Operations Manager will have responsibility for the Production, Engineering and Design, Quality, Sourcing and Supply Chain functions and be a passionate manager who is a great motivator of people. The role will require someone who is strategically minded but still enjoys being involved operationally with the shop floor.

运营总监将会在一个节奏快速的工程环境中工作，需要独立地推进以及组织相关的流程，不断提高运营效率与效益。运营总监主要负责生产、工程、质量、采购和供应链职能，需要有相当的激情并可大力鼓励员工发展。运营总监需要有一定的策略意识，并乐于参与车间工作。

Roles and Responsibilities  职位与职责

• Set-up, management and continuous process improvements of the Production, Engineering and Design, Quality, Sourcing and Supply Chain operations of the Dongguan centre; 建立、管理并不断提供改进生产工作，负责东莞中心的工程、设计、质量、采购和供应链运营；
• New products launch coordination to planned cost, quality, schedule, and availability goals; 对新产品的成本预算、质量、方案以及可行行目标进行协调；
• Budgeting, reporting, and planning activities of the operation; 对运营活动进行预算、汇报和规划；
• Creation, implementation and review of operational policies and procedures; 制定、实施以及审查运营策略和程序；
• Talent and organisational development of the operation; 对运营有敏锐的察觉意识，能有效推进组织有序发展；
• Management of the engineering and quality teams for effective manufacturing and sourcing operations; 管理工程和质量团队，确保生产效率和采购效益；
• Leading sourcing and supply chain teams to handle material availability, coordinating requirements and schedules between sourcing and engineering teams;带领采购和供应链团队处理物料供应，协调采购和工程团队之间的需求和方案；
• A safe and clean work environment and ensures that the operation’s equipment, facility and processes are in conformance with government and local EHS regulations;保证工作环境干净和安全，确保设备、流程符合政府和当地的环保条例规定；
• Assessment, analysis, consolidation, and communication of risk and status to management, calling out key issues and presenting options for resolution to the cross-functional executive teams.对管理工作中存在的风险、情况进行评估分析与整合沟通，提出关键问题，向跨职能团队提出解决方案的选择。

Skills and Experience Requirements 职位要求

• A Bachelor degree in Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain Management or relevant field;工程、运营和供应链管理或相关专业领域的本科及以上学历；
• 5+ years of operations experience in consumer electronics, devices, soft goods, or similar high-volume environment, start-up experience highly preferred; 在消费类电子、设备、软货物或类似的大容量环境中工作5年或以上，如有创业经验者优先考虑；
• Well-versed in all aspects of operations, including product and process design (DFMA, FMEA), manufacturing (lean/six sigma), sourcing, quality and supply-chain management;全面的运营知识，包括产品和流程设计（DFMA，FMEA管理模式），生产制造（精益/六西格玛），采购，质量和供应链管理；
• Working knowledge of production and quality control procedures used in a manufacturing environment;熟悉工厂环境中的生产和质量控制流程；
• Working knowledge of basic manufacturing techniques – tooling, injection moulding, metal stamping, assembly, and testing;有基本的生产制造技能知识，包括模具、注塑、金属冲压、装配和测试；
• Demonstrated leadership and teamwork skills, but also able to roll up your sleeves and “do the work” in the beginning without a team;具有较强的领导和团队合作意识，也能在尚未组织团队的情况下独立工作；
• Strong communication, problem solving, project management, analytical and crisis management skills; 较强的沟通表达能力，善于解决问题，有一定的项目管理技能，有分析和处理危机的能力；
• Ability to take full ownership, multi-task, and drive projects with a high level of independence;能够发挥充分的“主人翁”管理意识，高度独立处理多种任务项目工作，
• Excited to work in a collaborative, fast-paced, high-energy, and team-oriented environment; 能够适应在一个充满合作氛围、节奏快速、充满干劲并以团队为导向的环境中工作；
• Exceptional oral and written communication skills; 优秀的口头和书面表达能力；
• Fluent in Mandarin Chinese and English. 会说流利的普通话和英语。
