Roles and Responsibility

1. To arrange/manage production according to order and quality requirement

根据订单和质量要求安排/管理生产；

2. To liaise with relevant departments for Assembly smooth operation

联系其他部门确保生产正常运营；

3. Organize and implement production plan, to ensure on time delivery,

组织实施车间生产计划, 确保及时交付；

4. Deploy manpower and equipment reasonably, adjust production layout and working load to improve efficiency,

合理调配人员和设备，调整生产布局和生产负荷，提高生产效率；

5. Take charge of daily production meeting, overall coordinate workshop work,

主持车间例会，全面协调车间工作；

6. Monitoring manufacturing process and provide guidance, meanwhile control quality that meet all the standard,

对生产作业过程进行监督、指导，同时进行生产质量控制，保证生产质量；

7. Supervise and inspect operator’s performance, correct and warn those violations.

监督检查车间员工的工作，对违规操作提出警告并指正；

8. Be involved to analysis quality issues and work out the corrective and prevention action plan.

参与产品质量问题的分析，制定并实施纠正和预防措施；

9. Interviewing new team members,

参与员工招聘与面试；

10. Other task assigned by superior.

上级安排的其他任务。

Skills and Experience

1.Junior college or above and at least 3 years production supervising experience in multinational company

专科及以上学历，至少3年生产管理相关经验，

2. Knowledge in small household appliance assembly

了解小家电的组装，

3. Good communication skill and ability to lead and inspire subordinates

优秀的沟通技巧和领导能力，能够激励员工，

4. Oral and writing English skill

英语口语和书写能力，

5. Familiar with production planning and management principle

熟悉生产计划及管理原则。

6. Understood ISO 9001/14001 /ISO13485/ 21 CFR 820/ SOR98/282-2015 /ISO22716 management system
