2.  Qualification任职资格:

• Diploma education or above in science and engineering major or related.

       理工科大专或以上学历

• Good communication skills and team work

       良好的沟通和团队合作能力

• Be good at office application such as Excel, Word

       必须熟练使用OFFICE办公软件，如Excel, Word

• At least two years’ experience

       至少两年以上工作经验

• Be familiar with the use of basic measurement tools, such as micrometer and caliper etc.

       熟悉基本的检测工具的使用，如卡尺、推拉力计等

• Be familiar with sampling inspection process and standards

       熟悉抽样检验流程和标准

• Be familiar with lab equipment, such as constant temperature humidity chamber、Vacuum chamber

       熟悉实验室设备：恒温恒湿箱、真空试验箱、

• Self-consciousness, self-discipline, strong learning ability

       自觉、自律、学习能力强

• CET 4 or above is preferred

      英文四级以上优先

3.  Responsibilities 主要职责：

• IQC incoming material quality inspection

       IQC来料质量检验

• IPQC process quality inspection

       IPQC制程质量检验

• FQC finished product quality inspection

       FQC成品质量检验

• Stability experiment (Electronics and chemical formulation)

       可靠性实验（电子和化学配方）

• Quality issue handling

       质量异常处理

• ENC maintenance

       工程变更维护

• Cooperate with quality report and statistic

      协助质量报告及统计

• Supplier quality management

      供应商质量管理

• Establish and implement ISO Quality Management System

       ISO质量管理体系建立与推行

• Other task assigned by superior.

      上级安排的其他任务。
