Position: Quality Specialist

岗位：质检专员

Location: Guangdong Province

工作地点：广东省

Work scope: Full time (40 weekly hours)

TASKS: 岗位职责

PRODUCT QUALITY 产品质量

• Provide Final Quality (Source Inspection) to SIC AQL levels and criteria for Contract Manufacturer sites and warehouses as scheduled.

按计划为合同制造商的场地和仓库提供达到SIC AQL级别和标准的最终质量（源检验）。

• Monitor through CM supply chain any issues relating to delivery and incoming quality.

通过合同制造商的供应链监督与交付和进货质量相关的任何问题。

• Report on any potential issues developing at a CM.

报告合同制造商任何可能出现的问题。

• Issue and follow up on open/unanswered SCARs.

发现和跟进尚未解决的问题。

QUALITY SYSTEM MANAGEMENT 质量体系管理

• Provide in-line inspection services at all SIC Contract Manufacturer sites as required.

根据需要在所有SIC合同制造商工厂提供在线检测服务（制程检验）。

• Contact key strategic suppliers to monitor how they are performing, even more so if there are supplier issues.

联系主要战略供应商，监督工厂生产情况，及时发现供应商出现的问题。

• Monitor Contract Manufacturer's (CM) performance for quality, delivery, & yield; Visit each CM site for a minimum of 1 day per week or more often as may be necessary.

监督合同制造商的生产质量，交期和产量。每周至少一天或（如有必要）多天到访合同制造商的工厂（驻厂）。

PRODUCTION 生产

• Assist in expediting deliveries or information requests.

协助加快交货以及信息沟通。

• Aid and assist CM understanding and implementation of ECO's.

协助合同制造商，工厂明白和执行ECO下达的工作。

• Report on CM typical production line throughput and manpower used for each product.

报告合同制造商常规生产线中每一产品的生产量和所需的劳动力。

• Provide on site approval of for first articles from new NPIs.

为新产品导入的***试产产品提供驻厂现场认可。

• Vet issues stated from vendors for delays in shipments and project schedules, cost increases or technical road blocks.

审查供应商提出的发货延迟、项目进度、成本增加或技术障碍等问题

• Serve as intermediate when parts and goods need to be transferred between contract manufactures.

当零件和货物需要在合同制造商之间转移时，需作为中间沟通桥梁。

COST REDUCTION/PROCESS IMPROVEMENT 降低成本/改进工艺

• Assist in cost reduction initiatives.

协助降低成本的方案。

• Assist in verification of CM capability for new product introductions.

为新产品导入协助验证的配置管理能力。

• Provide initial check of critical FAI units to avoid unnecessary shipment of rejected units.

对关键的首件新品进行初步检查，以避免不必要的次品装运。

OTHER 其他

• Assist in decision making and disposal of excess and obsolete material.

协助决策，处理多余和呆滞的材料。

• Meet minimum 3 times/week with Canadian Colleagues (GMT -5:00).

每周至少与加拿大同事会议3次（格林威治时间-5：00，即北京时间13：00）。

• Other tasks assigned by supervisor.

上级领导交办的其他任务。

SKILLS, EDUCATION & BACKGROUND 技能及教育背景

• Engineering bachelor’s degree or above. 工程学士学位及以上学历。
• Over 5-years’ experience in Supplier Quality management. Prefer to have good experience in PCBA, Li-Ion battery, electric motors and plastic manufacturing technologies. 5年以上供应商质量管理经验。有良好的PCBA、锂离子电池、电机、塑料制造技术经验者优先。
• Understood ISO 9001/14001 /ISO13485/ 21 CFR 820/ SOR98/282-2015 /ISO22716 management system. 明白ISO 9001/14001 /ISO13485/ 21 CFR 820/ SOR98/282-2015 /ISO22716管理体系。
• Familiar with local and international regulations of consumer electronics – advantage. 熟悉国内及国际消费电子法规者优先。
• Very good English capability, both oral and written. 英语听说读写能力精通。
• Familiar with Microsoft Office. 熟悉微软办公软件。
• Good communication and problem-solving skill. 良好的沟通和解决问题的能力。
• Independent thinking. 独立思考。
• Integrity. 诚信。
