岗位职责（2021年毕业生）：

1、负责受理客户空运订单，了解客户需求，为客户提供快速、准确、专业的操作咨询服务。

2、跟进订舱及货物全程跟踪，及时向客户反馈货物情况，对异常情况给出确保可行的处理方案；及时处理各类突发事件并向上级汇报。

3、维护客户关系，以及与公司内部相关部门协调去避免/解决问题。

4、完成上级交待的其他工作任务
