Minimum requirements We are looking for a senior engineering manager who has experience of at least 10 years as following: - At least 4 years as a product designer / developer. (the candidate will be require to make simple design during the interview) - At least 3 years as NPI engineer. - At least 3 years as engineering team supervisor / manager He / She need to show proof for the experience. - Experience in specifying, designing and building of assembly lines for similar tetro products complexity. (the candidate will be require to make simple design during the interview) - Understanding in materials such metals and plastics and know design considerations. - Experience in automation for efficiency improvements. - Must be able to communicate in English fluently. - Willing to work many hours. - To be available for customers and production line calls during the weekends. (Can happen when launching new project). - Having at least BSc – (Bachelor of Science degree). In engineering preferably Mechanical or industrial. - Willing to live close to the factory in Shipai. - Have good training practice, communication and presentation capabilities. - Open to learn new methodologies created in Tetro. - Handy person – technical oriented. - Leader by his soul. The Job responsibility: ？ To design (with some engineering support) full assembly lines for tetro production department. ？ Communicate with Tetro development department during NPI process, and make the preparations to get the production lines ready to work properly from technical stand point. ？ Communicate with customers from time to time to discuss their needs for design changes. Follow “Transferring to mass production” methodology. ？ Build timeline and resources = Budget plan to fulfill the engineering support needed in production ？ Coordinate the project tasks and make sure the project meet the target budget. Create a backup plan for every project you are involved in. ？ Attend meetings with customer
