1. 负责新产品样品阶段制程的设计开发，包括正确的夹具，设备的选用，流程的制定

Responsible for process development of new product，Including select appropriate fixtures and equipment

2.主导针对新产品的新治具的设计与开发，验证

Leading in new fixture design and verification for new products

3. 参与分析样品制作过程中出现的不良，提出改善方案，追踪改善措施的完成与效果确认

Participating in defects analysis during sample building, provide proposals and track the action result

4, 负责现场指导样品制作新产品，提供制作参数，保存制作记录

On site supporting sample building, providing parameter and keep building record

5.负责制作新产品流程图，作业指导书，主导完成PFMEA

Responsible for creation of flow chart, work instruction, Leading in completion of PFMEA

6, 参与新产品验证计划的制作，负责按计划完成新产品的验证

Participate in creation of validation plan, responsible for completion of validation of new products（IQ, OQ, PQ)

7. 负责产品验证前对产线员工进行培训

Responsible for training operators from production line before validation

8. 参与新产品生产线的设计与布局，工时的评估与生产线平衡

Participate in the design and layout of new product line, work hour evaluation and line balance

9.主导新产品试产的完成

Leading in completion of trial run for new products

10.负责对与新产品相关的新工艺的研究与引进

Responsible for the research and introduction of new technology related to new products

经验及学历要求Experience/Education Required:

1.本科及本科以上学历，主修机械或电子或理工类工程学科

Major in Mechanical or Electronic or IE, bachelor’s degree, or other engineering disciplines

    

2.3年或者3年以上相关岗位经验，电缆组件，线束连接行业优先

3+ Years of working experience in relevant position, cable assembly experience is preferred

    

3.有Lean-Six sigma 项目绿带者优先

Certificated Lean-Six sigma green belt are preferred

    

4. 熟悉6sigma/鱼骨图/5why/PFMEA/DFM等质量工具，以解决生产问题

Familiar with quality tools like 6sigma/Fish-bone/5why/PFMEA/DFM to resolve productions issues.

    

5. 工作积极，能在高压环境下工作

Work actively and can work under high pressure.

    

6. 快速反应能力

Quickly response capability.

    

7. 熟悉焊接工艺(手工焊/激光焊/点焊/热压焊),打胶工艺（UV胶/AB胶/热熔胶），镀膜工艺（线材镀膜），冲压工艺（端子冲压），压接工艺, 掌握其中一种工艺优先，其他工艺要达到了解的程度

Be familiar with soldering process (manual/laser/welding/hot-bar), potting process (UV /AB/hot-melt adhesive), coating process (wire coating), stamping process (terminal stamping), and crimping process. Mastering one of the processes is preferred, and the other processes should be understood.

    

8.读写良好,大学英语四级、口语良好者优先

Good at writing and reading English，CET-4，good oral English is preferred
