1, Communicate with the customer to understand the product characteristic and the requirement.

2, Communicate with internal department to ensure the customer requirement is correctly transferred to internal document. Set up quality standard, and can do QC inspection.

3, Gather and prepare Validation documents including Master Validation Plan (MVP), protocol and test report.

4, Provide Project plan and status report to the team. Needs to be flexible and a team player and get involved to help solve all sorts of problems

5, Support production in analyzing and troubleshooting related process, and new technology. Provide any engineering/technical support.

6, experience in CAD (Solid works) and can create and read 2/3D model drawings

 

Required:

1, Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related fields. Experience with some kind of soft goods and preferably have experience in some of our specific processes like (PIM, Stamping, HF/USonic welding, Machining)

2, Working experience in Engineering aspect/project handling and validation in medical device industry.

3, Proactive and independent.

4, Able to work under pressure.

5, Fluent in Written and spoken English.
