工作职责：

1、负责公司财务管理体系完善，对部门的日常管理、预算、资金运作等各项工作进行整体控制，提高财务管理水平;

2、负责公司的财务管理、成本管理、会计核算、会计监督、审计监察等方面工作，确保公司的经营和盈利目标得以顺利完成;

3、负责财务分析与预测，根据公司的营运状况、财务收支、资金流向等财务要素进行分析，为公司决策层提供财务分析与预测报告;

4、负责制定、维护、改进公司财务管理程序和政策。

任职要求：

1、大学专科及以上学历，财务管理或金融相关专业毕业，中级会计或以上职称；

2、五年以上会计从业工作经验，具有上市公司制造行业财务管理工作经验者优先;

3、工作细心有条理，思维缜密，严谨谦逊，责任感强，对数字和风险有较高的敏感性，对事物较强的洞察力，有良好沟通能力，并具备团队合作精神;

4、精通相关财税法律法规，熟悉企业财务制度及流程。
