Responsibilities:

1. 负责船务部门订舱业务。

    Responsible for booking vessel/air.

2. 制作船务交单文件。

    Finish shipping docs per customer’s requirement.

3. 整理每月进仓报表和费用核算，向船务经理汇报。

    Do shipping status and costing report monthly and report to shipping manager.

4. 及时在订单系统完成PO关闭

    Responsible for PO closing in AS400 system in a timely manner. 

Requirements:

1. 英文读写能力好。

    Excellent English writing and reading.

2. 熟悉船务工作流程，船务文件及付款文件。

    Familiar with shipping procedure.

3. 熟悉外贸业务跟单流程者优先。

    Know about Merchandising procedure is preferred.

4. 责任感强，团队意识佳。

    Strong sense of responsibility, good team player.
