Job Responsibilities:
1. Develop and execute the overall marketing and product strategy to achieve the business target
2. Build appealing brand value proposition for local consumers and internal stakeholders,
3. Enhance brand recognition through marketing activities
4. Develop product and product communication tools fit to local market demand while maintaining standardization across regions
5. Support sales team to ensure business target achieved e.g. marketing and sales tool, marketing campaign, promotion and events,and sales training curriculum etc
6. Design comprehensive sales incentive plan to drive sales team towards business goal
7. Develop and implement PR and community services projects which promote corporate citizenship.
8. Responsible for the development and implementation of service quality strategy which delivers measurable value for business by generating process improvements, building customer and client satisfaction.
9. Ensure the outbound team delivers on customer acquisition and ad-hoc market research and fulfilling customer satisfaction survey.
10. To perform quality customer services by handling incoming customers' general inquiries in a tactful and courteous manner
11. Manage product and marketing budget to meet the target
12. Build and manage talents required to support product and marketing work


Education:
Bachelor degree or above in finance, economics, or business
Professional Experience:
- At least 7 years of experience in products development
- Familiar with CBRC regulations
- Proficient in English
- Logical,analytical,and strategic
- Articulate and good in oral and written communication
