4. Deal with foreign expat’s Chinese working visa procedures like new application, amendment, renewal, and cancellation;
5. 办理外国人中国工作申请流程如新申请、变更、延期、及注销等；

7. Deal with Trademark registration in cooperation with external lawyer
8. 外部律师办理客户的商标注册事宜；

10. Can communicate in English fluently via commercial email, telephone conference and face to face meeting;
11. 利地用英语交流，形式包括商务信函、电话会议、面对面会议等；
