岗位职责:

1、全面负责公司的人才招聘，根据公司战略及部门需求制定招聘计划，建立公司合理、有效的招聘体系，以满足部门的用人需求；

2、调查公司所需人才的外部人力资源存量与分布状况，并进行有效分析，对招聘渠道实施规划、开发、维护、拓展，保证人才信息量大、层次丰富、质量高，确保招聘渠道能有效满足公司的用人需求；

3、总结招聘工作中存在的问题，提出优化招聘制度和流程的合理化建议，完成招聘分析报告；指导部门成员进行招聘流程、招聘方法与技巧的沟通和交流，提高招聘活动效率；

4、完成领导交办的其他工作任务。

任职要求:

1、3年以上公司专职招聘工作或猎头公司招聘工作经验，有人事主管经验者佳；

2、熟练掌握人力资源基础知识，熟悉招聘模块；

3、具备良好的亲和力、同理心、人际洞察力、影响说服力和沟通技巧；较强的激励、沟通、协调、团队领导能力；责任心、事业心强。

4、处事稳重，抗压力强，具备良好的职业素养；

5、有大型校园招聘对接经验，自身有校方联系渠道者佳；

6、英语读写听说流利，有外企工作经验者佳。
