职位描述

Key Responsibilities: Include how the colleague is going to be measured.

Continuous Improvement :Institutionalize innovation through culture of creativity and lean thinking thereby obtaining innovative solutions continually :
· To lead team manager(s) to run their teams according to known standardized management processes and same has been implemented in the team in the way it fits the most.
· To ensure that best management practices, training programs and best practice are shared within and outside the team(s).
· To ensure that constant review of processes are maintained and all processes, team and pertinent software are uptodate.
· To ensure team(s) meets the set targets of productivity and seeks means for continuous improvement.
· Identify areas for improvement in service delivery (cost/ data quality/ productivity / customer requirements) based on 'Voice of Customer' feedback /proactive analysis of operational efficiency /effectiveness.
· To track and improve continuously on 'ability of team & team leaders'
· Evaluate proposals of changes received after review of standard processes with the mindset of making them leaner.

Project Management
· Evaluate and recommend on proposed improvement projects basis supporting data,benefits and time / cost involvement provided by Team Leader/Manager
· Monitor and follow up on preapproved projects and ensure that time line is being adhered to by the teams.
· Make proposals on behalf of team for proposals requiring approvals from higher authorities.
· Prioritize resources on various projects basis business focus.
· To oversee implementation of new initiatives and monitor process behaviors
· Responsible for benefit & progress tracking for the project
· Model for Improvement ie best practices, tying up with continuous improvement category Volume Development and Cost Saving Initiatives :
· Monitor volume inflows of various activities and oversee development.
· Ensure volume expansion from Regions and from newer activities.
· Act proactively on forecast the volume changes to reduce the impact on productivity.
· Reach annual efficiency gain objective

Team Management / People Management :
· Ensure TLs are adequately trained to perform the tasks assigned to them.
· Ensure attrition is within yearly target.
· Monitor leadership skills and styles; provide timely /specific feedback to leaders in a constructive manner elucidating the effect they have on their TMs.
· Support/Coach / Encourage and motivate team leaders for better performance and people management.
· Identify and develop high potential leaders as a back up & succession planning
· Conduct meetings for sharing information, reviewing team progress on deliverables / projects etc.
· Ensure this forum is utilized for two way communication and team Leaders get an opportunity to express their concerns / ideas etc.
· Ensure staff are engaged and motivated - identify /address concerns if any through conscious /visible actions.
· Track development of team Leaders/Managers on various measurement basis Visual Factory
· Share knowledge on 'leadership in people management'
· Identify training /learning requirements

Relationship Management :
· Maintaining a proactive approach on disaster management
· Work towards achieving the GSC & CSA common goals.
· Ensure all improvement initiatives which impact Clusters and Customers are in sync with their respective CSAs
· To act as an interactive interface between higher layers of management and ensure that communication flow is maintained.
· Represent the team in meetings and conference calls with Regions, to remove any disconnect between Clusters/Countries and GSC teams.
· Educate team on the implications of having a 'negative' signals and importance of its urgent diagnosis and treatment.
· Cooperate with GSC CSR manager to ensure develop a friendly communication environment between Area/Country office and GSC.
· Cooperate with BPI team to ensure any support, training needed is timely communicated and resolved.

Contingency Readiness
· Support Contingency preparedness and testing.

Planning and Administration
· Encourage staff /team leaders to have a yearly leave planning
· Ensure attrition is managed to support the overall goals
· Overtime approval
