Primary Purpose of the Position
1. Ensure all GY processes can be implemented effectively in warehouse.
2. Manage all warehouses with storage and operation efficiency.
3. Storage status management including aging/special mark/nonconforming/freezing/testing tires management.
4. Label management both in inventory and in sticking operation.
5. Manage the process of tires returning, including OEM back and replacement market back both MRT and WBR.
6. Warehouse service tracking by KPI review with 3PL to ensure good operation quality.
7. Audit the logistics operation complying with all GY regulations, and accountable for the audit from Finance, SOX, and QA side.
8. Coordinate warehouse and transportation supplier

Principle Duties and Responsibilities . Primary Duties/Responsibilities
 General warehouse management:
1) Daily warehouse operation monitor including inbound,storage management and outbound.
2) Strictly follow the principle in FIFO and tire production period management.
3) Ensure storage quality and inventory accuracy
4) Execute new warehouse site set-up, system testing,training and go-live.

 Inventory trend management:
1) Basing on ticket, sales forecast(OE/RP/SP/Export) and import plan, estimate inventory trend to ensure the maximum storage capability
2) Estimate the potential risk(out of capacity) and work out mediation solution with related deparment together                                             

3) Follow up the shipment plan to ensure the actual inventory trend in line with the original planing

 Cross docking management between plant warehouse and outside warehouse
1) Set up loading plan in sea/railway/road transportation from plant warehouse/DL outside warehouse to RDC warehouse with related department
2) Ensure the shipment from warehouse on time
3) Resposible of the direct shipment rate to maxmize the cost saving in OE/Export channel with related department
 

Storage status management:
1) Management of nonconforming product
2) Management of special product including aging tires,test tires and freezing tries
3) Keep the cleanliness of tires

 Labels management:
1) Manage the lables suppling on time, and qualify the labels with correct material
2) Dynamic to monitor labels inventory vs sales forecast
3) Monitor the labels sticking with standard process
4) Express some labels to satisfy those customers who had additional application

 Tires returning management:
1) Arrange the receiving for those returned tires which are from OEM or Replacement market
2) Timely handle tires back to plant and take part in quality review meeting
3) Identify the root cause for those tires caused by logistics side
4) In charge of the returning tires dispose after the review meeting

 Audit:
1) Monitor the warehouse staffs operation in line with Regional Quality process
2) Coordinate internal and external in SOX, Finance, quality auditing, preparing the relevant document including SAP record, delivery documentation and the existing process
 Coordinate the relationship between the warehouse and transportation company to ensure the collaborative efficiency

 Warehouse Service management:
1) Track with warehouse services regularly base on the feedback from customers
2) Solve the issues once happen the abnormal delivery in Customers
3) Take actions to ensure the continuious improvement in warehouse operation

Education & Certifications
Preferably educated to Bachelor degree or above in major of logistics, supply chain management, business administration or related business administration or related.

Experience
1. More than 5 years of working experience including storage, transportation, order and related business.
2. Experience in warehouse and transportation management desired, at least 3 years in managing a warehouse, production workshop or similar group of 3PL company.    

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
1. Ability to communicate effectively with team work requirements.
2. Skilled user of computer and office software.
3. Good English skill both writing and oral speaking.
4. Good management skill.
5. Ability on data statistic and analysis
6. Ability to handle conflicts consciousness on customer service 
7. Awareness of local regulatory requirement related logistics.
8. Awareness of Supply Chain principle such as distribution, inventory management and customer relationship management.
