Duties & Responsibilities

1. Support chemical platform maintenance (BVE3)
2. Routine duty: Preparation of technical reports, revision and evaluation of chemical formulations
3. Support on any technical enquiry relating to BVE3
4. Support any new development of BVE3 online tool - Sustainability solution, MSDS review.
5. Provide guidance to N-1 for completing the above duties and responsibilities.
6. Provide feedback to N+1 in a timely fashion regarding processes and recommendations for improvements.
7. Provide training to internal and external customers Globally for questions related to BVE3 in the form of meeting, seminars or webinars.
8. Cooperate with INQ( technical enquiry) to support answering technical enquiries by mail.
9. Follow company HSE responsibility and advise for any HSE improvements from technical point of view.

QHSE

1. Follow the internal quality system and HSE requirement of CPS North China
2. Adhere to BV CPS quality requirements

Skills & Requirements

1. Proficiency with Windows, Word, Excel and Powerpoint.
2. Good reading and writing English capability. Fluent oral English or other second language would be preferred.
3. Good time management and communication skill, able to provide training and seminars to public.
4. Individual and Team work ethic.
5. Familiar with the national product requirements, particular to chemical requirements and MSDS
6. Knowledge of testing from laboratory / manufacturing. Chemical
7. Knowledge of test requirements, experience in the analytical instrumentation like GCMS. ICP, etc is an advantage
8. Familiar with ISO/IEC17025 standard.
9. Ability to perform multiple tasks by manager request.
10. Ability to organize and prioritize workload to meet or exceed deadlines

Education & Experience

1. High Diploma / Degree holders
2. Minimum 3 years of lab working experience in related industry.
