Duties & Responsibilities

？ Reviewing P&L, balance sheet and cash flows to analyse results and preparing monthly management report (Including monthly Forecast review and analysis against Budget/Forecast).

？ Preparing cost analysis, KPI dashboard, Productivity Reports and benchmark analysis (Performance Dashboards)

？ Ability to convert detailed financial analysis into understandable summaries and recommendations

？ Review and monitor Capex (ROI, Actual vs. Budget, accurate reporting) for accountable PLs

？ Assist in business to identify cost savings and align strategic objectives for SBU

？ Train Operational managers on financial management, understanding BV Finance and accounting

？ Assist on monitoring OCF, DSO, problem debtors, and work with credit control to improve collections and cash flow position

？ Liaise with SSC on support services and resolving transaction processing, intercompany issue.

？ Ensure compliance with BV Accounting rules (MAG) and Division policies

？ Projects requested by RFC or SBU GM

QHSE

？ Follow the internal quality system and HSE requirement of GTS

？ Adhere to BV CPS quality requirements

Skills & Requirements

？ Hands-on and willing to deal with data

？ Bachelor degree in economics, finance or accounting. CPA and/ or MBA a plus.

？ Capacity to perform at a high level in a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment

？ High energy and self confidence

？ Operational finance experience is a plus, working across multiple entities and/or functional areas

？ Strong PC skills including Excel, Word, PowerPoint

？ Good communication skills (written and verbal)

？ Possess fluency in English and Chinese
