工作职责:

1. Collect the invoice from vendor, Match invoice with goods receipt with OCR tool; 从供应商处收集发票，使用OCR工具将发票与收货进行匹配；

2. Arrange the payment based on Payment terms and ensure the payment is performed accurately and timely; 根据付款条件安排付款，并确保付款及时、准确；

3. Reconcile vendor statement periodically. 定期核对供应商账单；

4. In charge of the issue resolution if there is any discrepancy during invoice posting; 发票过帐时如有问题，负责解决问题；

5. Prepare and analyze AP report; 准备和分析AP报告；

6. Responsible for Down payment follow up & clearing and GRIR clearing; 负责预付定金跟进和清算以及GRIR清算；

7. Deliver the monthly, quarterly and year-end closing process ; 交付月度，季度和年终结算流程；

8. Work Closely with other related departments and vendors to make sure all necessary information for invoice booking in SAP; 与其他相关部门和供应商紧密合作，以确保在SAP中进行发票预订的所有必要信息。

任职资格:

1. Bachelor’s degree or above, major in Thai and/or finance related field; 本科或以上学历：泰语专业和/或与金融、财务等相关领域的学历；

2. 0-2 working experiences: accounting functions are highly desirable, 0-2工作经验，如有财务背景可优先考虑；

3. Experience in shared services center of a multinational corporation desirable; 如有跨国公司共享服务中心工作的经验者可优先考虑；

4. Able to read, write and speak Thai and English fluently; 能够熟练使用英语和泰语，包括听说读写。
