职位概要: Job Summary

为来自海外的客户指导和提供符合中国政策法规的会计账簿和报表,并确保所有的会计处理符合中国法律

Supervise and prepare PRC accounting books and reports for the clients from overseas in accordance with PRC regulations and ensure all accounting treatment in compliance with PRC laws

为客户提供报税服务和税务咨询服务

Supervise and prepare PRC tax filings for the clients and assist on taxation advisories

为外资企业管理符合总部要求的内部审计

Conduct internal auditing in compliance with HQ requirements in foreign invested company

如有必须,复核并管理组员工作

Review and supervise team member work if required

主要职责:(基本功能)Principal Responsibilities: (Essential Functions)

为外商投资企业提供关于会计方面的咨询服务,包括但不限于:

Provide FIEs with various accounting-related services including but not limited to:

对于中华人民共和国所适用的企业会计准则的遵守

Ensure compliance with the applicable P.R.C. laws, regulations, codes and rules of accounting

按照国家会计制度的规定,记帐并制作财务报表

Make bookkeeping, accounting and reporting in accordance with applicable accounting regulations of P.R.C.

妥善保管客户会计凭证、帐簿、报表等档案资料

Securely maintain and store the accounting vouchers, accounting books and other documents of the clients

协助客户完善内部资金管理, 正确解答客户相关财务管理咨询

Assist the customers to improve internal capital / fund management, provide proper consultancy related to financial management of the clients

定期分析检查账务数据,发现问题及时准确解决

Regular analysis and checking of accounting data, identifying and settling problems in a timely and accurate manner

税务服务及咨询

Provide services and advisory relating to taxation

为客户及时编制纳税申报表并申报纳税业务,如:个人所得税,营业税,增值税,企业所得税等

Prepare and submit tax returns in time on behalf of the clients such as Individual Income Tax, Business Tax, Value Added Tax, Corporate Income Tax, etc

负责对财务工作有关的外部及政府部门,如税务局、财政局、银行、会计事务所等联络、沟通工作

Be responsible for communication with various government authorities and other related companies, including the tax authority, public finance office, banks and CPA firms

月度或季度审核及审计协调

Design the monthly review/quarterly review procedure and provide the monthly/quarterly service for the clients in accordance with the proposal

年审时与外部审计师保持联络沟通,实施年度所得税汇算清缴和各项年审工作

Liaise with external auditors during annual audit, and perform the annual tax clearance and annual inspection

其它特定项目的会计及税务工作服务

Participate in accounting and taxation services relating to ad-hoc projects for clients

熟悉中国会计准则,国际会计准则及中国的税法知识

Excellent in Chinese GAAP, IFRS, China tax law

准确、有效地为多个客户用英文独立编制会计凭证及财务报表,

Independently prepare accounting vouchers and financial statements in English in a timely, accurate & efficient manner for multiple clients (Wholly Owned Foreign Invested Enterprises / Representative Offices)

良好的中英文口语及写作能力

Good spoken and written English and Mandarin

能够适应经常有时间期限限制的工作

Be flexible enough to adapt to working under tight deadlines

诚实可靠、工作细致,注重团队合作精神,能够有效的解决问题

Reliable and accurate; with effective problem-solving skills and ability to work as a good team player

熟练操作ERP 系统, 办公软件

Experience in ERP, with good knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint

教育背景 Educational Background

会计或税务专业,学士或学士以上学位

Bachelor/above degree, major in accounting or taxation

具有中华人民共和国中级会计师职业资格者优先

Possession of certification as a middle level Chinese professional accountant is a plus

经验 Experience

至少有2年全资外商投资企业总账工作经验,有内审、外审相关经验者优先

2 years full-time related GL working experiences in Wholly Owned Foreign Invested Enterprises or internal/external auditing or similar role experiences will be a plus

制造或贸易企业及出口退税经验优先

Experience of working in a manufacturing or trading environment and experience dealing with VAT refund is a plus
