Responsibilities:

1. IT infrastructure and security administration and maintenance
2. ERP administration and maintenance
3. Assist in the optimization of processes from start to finish; Reduction of indirect manual work in all departments Manage IT help desk activities and resolve escalated issues Asset management
4. Helps establish and build relationships with vendors; manage IT-related purchasing, budget usage and computer assets, including hardware products, software licenses, and supplies for auditing

 

Requirements:

1. Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or equivalent
2. Minimum 2 years of IT experience in manufacturing industry, including one year in ERP or MES management, technology implementation, and system integration
3. Understanding and hands on experience of implementing, supporting and managing ERP or MES system, network and infrastructure, and IT security management, both hardware and software
4. Understanding and hands-on in supporting Microsoft Windows Server and Exchange Server, backup and disaster recovery solution, firewall and security solution, and database server (Progress, SQL Server)
5. Understanding and hands-on IT project management is plus
6. Microsoft MCSE or CISCO CCNP certificates is a plus
7. Familiar with Visual Basic or Java or Python; SQL (Microsoft SQL Report Builder); ERP (SAP / Syteline) is a plus
8. English: basic oral communication; good in reading and writing
9. Strong project management, interpersonal and communication skills
