 1. Responsible for daily maintenance, maintenance    and inspection of equipment and 

      facilities in the campus

       负责校区内日常维修，检修，巡检设备设施；

2. Strictly perform the duties of maintenance    workers to ensure the normal operation of equipment

       严格履行维修工职责，确保设备正常运行

                3. Manage the equipment well, clean it daily and    keep it clean

      管理好设备，日常清理，保持设备清洁 

4. Paint the outdoor facilities to prevent rust

对露天设施做好刷漆保护，防止生锈 

5. Install and repair furniture and shelves

      安装，修理家具以及货架 

6. Assist the teaching staff to complete the    installation of corresponding teaching AIDS

      协助教学人员完成相应的教具安装 

7. Replace broken equipment and facilities outside    of school

      非上学期间更换坏掉的设备设施 

8. Complete other tasks assigned by Technical    Supervisor
