工作职责：
- 确保管辖的销售楼层、试衣间及收银台正常运营
- 为顾客提供良好的服务，从而尽量提升销售额
- 协同门店管理团队，执行并跟进销售顾问招聘、培训、发展和评估工作

工作要求：
- 至少3年以上相关管理工作经验
- 良好的管理能力与销售策略
- 能很好的领导一个团队
- 良好的英语沟通能力
- 能理解并符合公司的文化
- 能处理大量工作

工作地点：北京，沈阳，昆明，成都，上海，南京，湖州，杭州，太原，天津，晋江，保定，呼和浩特，佛山，深圳，福州，广州，大连
