岗位职责:

1. 执行基础培训以及后续教育培训
2. 及时准确提交月度培训报表
3. 及时准确提交季度营销员培训记录表
4. 进新营销员/ABM/ABE首月活动率
5.培训档案的管理与保存
6. 为各种认证项目提供支持并组织本机构的培训与会议
7. 参与机构业务发展工作，其他主管交代的工作

任职资格:

1. 本科学历
2. 至少2年金融行业销售或市场营销经验
3. 拥有良好的销售培训技能、相关课件开发能力，且清晰理解人寿保险销售人员的日常工作及其KPI指标
4. 熟练使用电脑及Office办公软件
5. 拥有良好的英语的读写技能
