岗位职责
1. 在法规经理的指导下,协助法规经理查找或申请购买适用的法律、法规和标准。
Assist regulation manager to search or apply order applicable law, regulation and standards under regulation manager's guidance.
2.当客户需要公司的法规服务时,协助法规经理与价格部门联系,并签字盖章,以 获得客户的批准。 Assist regulation manager to work with pricing department to get SOM for customer's approval with signature and seal when customer needs regulation service from company.
3.协助法规经理与采购部门合作,向相关第三方和认证机构发出采购订单。跟踪完 成的过程,直到测试和证书开始并完成。从业务伙伴处领取发票并书面记录后分发 给财务部门。 Assist regulation manager to work with purchasing department to issue PO to involved third parties and certification entities. Follow up the process done until test and certificate get start and complete. And get invoice back and make record with written before distributing to financial department from business partner.
4.负责快递(包括检测样品、报告、证书和发票)的及时(如无特殊情况不允许隔 天)投送、领取和分发,并做好记录和文件编制。 Be responsible for timely (no allow postponing to next day if no special incident) sending, receiving and distributing package (including testing sample, report, certificate and invoice), and make record and documentation.
5.跟踪检测、认证、审核的过程。如果没有按照预期的计划顺利进行,及时向经理 提出。 Follow up the process of testing, certification, audit plan. And raise flag to manager timely when stuck without going smoothly under expected schedule.
6. 根据 ISO 13485 和 ISO 9001《文件控制程序》>,负责为法规经理的文件编制和 归档。 Be responsible to make documentation for regulation manager's documents building in accordance with from both ISO 13485 and ISO 9001.
7. 遵守公司规章制度和人力资源部的规章制度。 Follow the regulation and rule from regulation and HR department.
8. 每月一次清洁本部门的包公用品,维护本部门办公室的清洁和整齐。 Clean all articles for work once a moth, keep the office clean and tidy.
9. 在没有具体任务和工作安排时,研究涉及法规和标准,审查和维护工作记录和 文件。 Study involved regulation and standards, review and maintain working record and documents when no specific task and working arrangement.
10. 协助经理整理培训资料、组织培训和考核工作。 Assist manager to organize training materials, organize training and assessment.
11. 培训期满考核合格后,分担经理的部分工作,并独立完成。如有意愿能服从迁 升到更重要的岗位独立工作。 After the completion of training and passing the assessment, share part of the manager's work and finish it independently. Willing to be promoted to a more important position and work independently.
岗位要求:
1、 熟识运用 Word、Excel、PowerPoint、Photoshop 等办公软件。 Be familiar with using of Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Photoshop and other office software expertly.
2、 对 ISO 9001、ISO13485 或其他管理系统知识具有一定的了解,如果没有愿意接 受培训和教育。 Has some knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO13485 and other management system. Willing to accept long term training if without related knowledge & skill.
3、 有良好的团队精神,能承受工作压力,刻苦耐劳。 Has good team work spirit; be able to work under pressure, industriousness and stamina.
4、 具有一定的沟通与人际交往能力。 Has kindly communication and interpersonal skills.
5、 对产品的标准,相关市场法律法规具有一定的了解。 Have certain understanding of product standard, market laws and regulations. Willing to accept long term training if without related knowledge & skill.
6.零到三年,有外资公司或工厂法规部、品质部、客服或业务部门工作的经验。如无工作 经验愿意接受培训。 0-3years. Experience at regulation department, quality department, customer service department or business department in foreign company or factory. Willing to accept long term training if without working experience.
