1. Datacenter Server and Storage management：
？ Implement and manage the Windows systems (Hyper-V cluster, AD, SharePoint, SCCM, SCOM, File, Printing, Antivirus…) and other X86 based applications. Closely monitor and tune the system performance
？ Manage/monitoring the central storage system, keep it’s healthy and stability.
？ Provide architectural expertise, direction, and assistance to application Systems Analysts, Systems Engineers, and software development teams.
？ Actively communicate with HQ to apply best practice, act as key player for server related project across China.

2. Database management：
？ Provide daily administration work to databases, carry out backup, disaster recovery, performance analysis, tuning, and security management.
？ Be responsible for the installation, design, configuration and management of DBMS.
？ Assist with analysing the data stored in databases and make recommendations relating to performance and efficiency of the data storage.


3. Cloud management：
？ Comply with HQ strategy, manage standards for Azure cloud technologies
？ Introduces, provides and reviews architectural work in local projects in a joint approach with the different brands based on secure architecture development method
？ Makes recommendations, gains approval, and develops implementation strategies for new technologies based on necessity


4. IT Helpdesk & Network supporting:
？ Provide second level support to helpdesk.
？ Support IT helpdesk to improve the service quality from IT standard and SOP.
？ Response for cabling setup if the business project required. 
？ Keep close connection with HQ, make sure the company network fully comply with the global standard.
