Keurig Brewers utilize advanced technology to deliver the Perfect Cup, in every cup. The brewer firmware monitors sensor inputs, controls electro-mechanical devices, provides wired and wireless communication interfaces, and creates an elegant and easy-to-use user experience with displays, touchscreens, and buttons. Working in a fast-paced, highly collaborative and systems-oriented environment, the Software Quality Assurance Engineer will be involved with various phases of Keurig brewer development including – development of new product and test firmware, as well as ongoing support of production firmware.

What you will do:

• Develop, maintain and extend test automation infrastructure for all connected brewer programs

• Develop a comprehensive test strategy for embedded brewer software as well as the IoT Software Platform

• Document results and enter defects into Jira

• Participate in Program development and planning activities for automations

• Work alongside engineers to define test cases and test strategies for connected brewer products and IoT technologies.

What you must have:

• Bachelor’s Degree or master’s degree in Computer Science or Engineering required

• 5-7 years of experience in software development or software quality including at least 2 full lifecycle development projects bringing consumer products to market

• Experience testing embedded products running on Embedded Linux/RTOS and/or bare metal

• Experience in developing/deploying automated test infrastructure and automated tests

• Scripting skills

• Excellent communication, analytical reasoning, decision making and problem-solving skills desired

Bonus Points For:

• Experience with validating Wi-Fi, recognition, and/or smart technology

• Experience with Confluence, JIRA, Xray, TensorFlow, ThreadX

• Experience leading quality teams in development and execution of test plans

• Experience as a software developer in C and C++ is a plus

• Public cloud CI/CD pipeline creation and/or maintenance
