About the role

The role is mainly responsible for the overall partnership business development in the region under its jurisdiction. The main work content includes management and support of external partners to find and develop high-quality partnership stores, and actively promote and achieve the regional annual business targets.

What you'll do

• Improve the store expanding plan of the annual developing city, and scientifically develop the store / partner according to the planned scheme.
• Actively achieve store/partner development targets and ensure the high performance, high quality and effectiveness of new stores / partners.
• Guide and assist partners in developing core store resources the company needs, prioritize quality compared to quantity.
• Follow up the achievement of sales targets, report the detailed reasons about sales to the headquarters every week. Develop the improvement plan to ensure the sales target will be achieved.
• Feedback and participate in the formulation and result of weekly and monthly promotion schemes, while ensuring the implementation of new promotion schemes in stores.
• Inspect and guide the implementation of partners’ shop management, sales target achievement, promotion activities execution and placement plan implementation and feedback.

Who you are
Required knowledge, skills & abilities:

• Have very senior experience in regional operation management and partner development of the apparel industry
• Rich franchise customer resources and keen store development judgment.
• Strong coordination and communication skills.
• Professional operation management experience and data analysis ability.
• Ability to acutely find and solve problems.
• Can work independently and with dedication.
• Loyal to the company and love their work.
• Ability to travel up to 60% of the time.

Minimum Education Level

• College and above education is acceptable

Experience Required

• Minimum 10-12 years of related experience

• More than 3 years of independent management team experience.
