高中以上学历，5年以上塑胶模具调机和在注塑厂调机经验，熟悉塑膠材料的性能，尤其對TPE、PVC.PP.等材料特性有較深瞭解；熟悉模具結構、对包膠模有一定的瞭解；精通注塑工藝，對注塑機操作熟練。能独立上模试模，对模具及成型有较强的分析能力，熟悉海天，振雄,东芝机优先

1.      及时跟进修改模具的进度,确保试模效率,并及时反馈相关问题;

2.      独立（包括独立上下模）完成试模，准备试模报告列出所有问题点并给出专业建议;

3.      与生产，品质部一起对新模进行试产验证/验收并准备验收报告;
