Objectives:

Manage a variety of human resource programs, performs human resources services, focus on HRIS management, payroll support, screen CV and primary recruitment, involve in employee relationship and provide training assistance.

Duties & Responsibilities:

Compensation and benefits

- Administers human resources policies associated with payroll, salary and social insurance

- Ensure that monthly payroll is processed in a timely and accurate manner

- Collects and maintains C&B information like market practice and government regulations

- Conduct and participate in salary and benefit surveys and propose the necessary follow-up

- Ensure all C&B programs are in compliance with labor law

HRIS and other HR process

- Ensure HRIS database and information is updated on a daily base

- Provide reports to company management for personnel analysis

- Internal employment transactions including on boarding, transfer and exit processes

- Internal employment compliance management such as labor contract management, and background check

- Work closely with business team to provide value-added consultation and services

Recruitment

- Provide valuable recommendation on the target candidate

- Organize the whole interview process till candidates on boarding

Training

- Provide administration assistance for the training activities including new hire orientation, vender training course and internal professional training

Visa Service for both Expats and Local Staff

- Provide service to expatriates for their legally work and stay in China including visa, work and resident permits
