为HPE品牌的服务器等产品提供韩语技术支持；

通过远程诊断，迅速帮助客户解决相应问题；

快速定位客户问题，并找到相应的解决方案，同时协助field工程师修复问题。

 

职位要求：

  

韩语口语流利，无障碍沟通；

具备优秀的客户服务意识，踏实，认真，有高度的责任心和团队意识；

具备良好的沟通能力、逻辑分析能力、和不断的学习能力，能够独立处理问题；

有技术支持/call center经验/服务器/存储工作经历者优先考虑。
