工作职责：

1）通过管理账户达到销售目标

a）使用销售工具（例如，企业账户管理系统（TEAMS），BIA（商业信息分析）

以及相关报告来研究客户，管理客户信息和产品;

b）根据重要性和紧迫性指导原则优先开发客户，提前计划日常销售

活动，并把重点放在有大量机会的客户上

c）使用销售工具中的信息建立良好的客户关系并确定新的销售机会来赢得货量和收入

d）确保良好的合同合规性;

e）使用BIA工具搜索大客户并提供技术解决方案;

2）协调其他部门，解决客户问题

a）与其他职能部门协调，及时回应客户的问题，询问和投诉;

b）遵循公司规定，解决客户投诉，索赔和其他问题;

c）按照SP＆P规则，把销售机会给到区域销售

d）找出客户在技术解决方案上面的机会;

e）通过与客户的日常电话研究竞争对手的服务能力，定价模式和策略;

3）完成日常销售管理任务

a）及时，准确完成日常销售管理工作;

b）确保准确和更新的客户信息进入销售工具（即TEAMS，BIA，账单更新）

c）及时完成内部表格，以及跟进后续事宜。

要求：

1）大专及以上学历

2）至少1 - 2年的销售/电话销售工作经验

3）会使用Office，Powerpoint等

4）良好的英语技能（口头和书面）。

5）良好的电话礼仪，耐心，乐于学习和关注细节。
