- 根据业务发展的远景，为2个总部，10个工厂及20多个分子公司设计整体的网络结构

- 混合云的设计与实施

- 安全设计

IT 基础设施管理

- 数据中心，超融合平台及网络的日常维护与管理

- 实施满足集团IT安全策略的解决方案

- 操作系统的维护与升级

- 云管理

- 为所有办公室及工厂的基建提供第三层的支持

团队管理

- 为团队定义清晰的任务与远景

- 增强内外部培训以提高团队的能力

:

IT infrastructure design and implementation

- According to the business development design decent network architecture for 2 HQ, 10 factories and about 20 branches.

- Hybird cloud design and implementation

- Design for security

IT infrastructure management

- Managed routine maintenance for infrastructure platform including DC, Hyper-conveyer platform, network

- Implement security solutions to meet the global IT policy

- OS dispatch and upgrade management

- Cloud management

- Provide level 3 support for all the site’s infrastructure.

Team management

- Lead the team with clear mission and vision

- Enhance internal and external training for team member’s growth

任职资格:

- 本科以上学历

- 良好的英语沟通能力

- 5年以上IT基建管理经验

- 良好的团队管理及协作能力

- Bachelor or above

- Good English skill orally and written

- At least 5 years infrastructure management experience

- CCNP or CCIE is preferred

- Ability to manage people, leadership and teamwork.
