任职要求：

本科及以上学历
1～3年薪酬福利相关工作经验
优秀的英语书面及流利的英语听说能力，可与外籍同事交流
精通Excel工具使用，有Workday经验者优先
熟悉台湾、香港地区劳动法规法规者优先

Roles and Responsibilities:
Benefits:
1, Coordinate and track status of enrollment、change and termination for statutory and non-statutory insurances
2, Monthly statutory insurance payments processing
3, Support annual benefits activities such as health-check up/ group insurance contract renewal
4, Manage and keep tracking on specific activities: Sabattical Leave/ Maternity Leave/ Retirement
5, Benefits Vendor performance management
6, PO management, process GR & cost allocation on monthly basis.
7, Support on other benefits queries from employee / business such as insurance application process/ statutory benefits eligibility consultation...etc within SLA and good satisfaction
8, Benefits SOP adherence with regular review and CI / EC content management
9, Provide labor law consultation to employees as well as IBS various workstreams

任职要求：

Education:
Tertiary qualification required (Human Resources or Business Management preferred)

Skills & Experience:
Experience with C&B administration (1-3 years)
HR Information System experience (Workday preferred)
Consulting firm background is plus
Strong analytical skills, including demonstrated data analysis and interpretation skills required (critical)
Advanced Excel (critical)
Obtained knowledge of TW and HK labor regulation is plus
Experience working closely with different nationalities and cultures
Strong accuracy and attention to detail
Strong communication skill to internal and external stakeholders
Mandarin and English language communicable both in written and verbal
Strong customer service orientation and deadline commitment
Self-directed, able to multi-task and manage fluctuating workload
