职位描述

Communicate the audit requirements with factory and find out if factory has any valid reports to review.
Coordinate between audit company and factory on audit booking;
Conduct pre-audit factory visit and gerenate a factory visit report together with a corrective action plan; guide and drive factory to improve to acceptable standard.
Work with factory on all audit findings and monitor the improvement work regularly
Attend customer training and work together with factory to become compliance
Schedule and complete supplier training on topic of audit standard, child labour and etc
Complete other tasks assigned by senior staff

Job Requirements:

College degree and above, major in Human Resource Management or Law or English is preferred.
Good command of written and spoken language in English, be able to competently communicate with the UK and Far East contacts both verbally and in writing
Minimum 2 year social compliance experience, pefer working experience in a factory or a trading company.
Experience with technical audit or ISO9001 certfication is a plus;
Familiar with sedex platform and SMETA audit
Good attention to details,Honesty and Integrity.
Willness to travel within China and be able to travel with short notice of time.
