Qualification:

- College or above degree in Management or HR Management

大专或以上学历，管理或人力资源管理专业

- Over 2-years experience in HR in a multinational company

2年以上外企HR经验者

- Good English skill, especially in reading and writing; good at Microsoft Office

英语良好，熟悉办公软件

- Good communication skill

良好的沟通能力

- Good team player, Self-motivated, with an ability both to work independently and as a part of team; good communication skill and work under pressure

富于团队合作精神，能独立完成工作，工作积极进取

- With HR qualification certification will be a plus

执人力资源合格证件者优先考虑

Responsibilities:

职责：

- Arrange interview and practice interview

安排组织、参与面试

- Organize and arrange orientation training & on job training

组织安排员工入职及在职培训

- Provides ER support and routine tasks, such as rewarding/warning letter, communication on investigation, disputes, complains

日常员工关系处理，包括员工奖惩，调查、投诉、争议等事项的沟通

- Contract management, employee file maintenance, onboard /termination registration issues

劳动合同管理，员工档案维护，入、离职手续办理

- Maintain and manage HR records

维护和管理人事相关记录

- Provides HR report on Turnover, training, HDCT etc. 

提供相关人事数据的报告， 如离职率，培训完成率，人头数等

- Assist in completing other tasks assigned by superiors

协助完成上级布置的其他事务
