DUTIES & ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS

1. Develop and Implement approved sourcing strategy in order to achieve company strategic objectives ensure highest quality at lowest cost with best delivery terms.

2. Identify, qualify and develop competitive, socially compliant suppliers matching our Sourcing strategy, take the business development plan into consideration, to ensure cost competitiveness, quality standards and supply security.

3. Conduct industry research and have a high degree of technical and business knowledge within healthy, especially PPE commodity

3. Ensure the complete and correct material description to be shared to the teams.

4. Set up supplier base, and continually optimize purchasing conditions to achieve cost reduction target and supply chain excellence.

5. Work together with Operations and Quality team to drive supplier improvements on capacity, quality and delivery etc.

6. Develop and maintain good commercial relationship with supply partners, seek and develop new optimization opportunities.

7. Strong negotiation skills for cost reduction.

QUALIFICATIONS

1.College or above degree.

2. +5 Years of solid sourcing or purchasing experience in medical instruments and healthy industry in multinational company.

3. In-depth knowledge and rich experience in the healthy commodity manufacturing industry and market.

4. Familiar with the PPE products such as mask, thermometer, sanitizeer, etc. familiar with manufacturing process and quality inspection knowledge.

5. Diligent and be willing to work under pressure.

6. Good at office software, such as Excel, PowerPoint etc.

7. Fluent English intercommunication skills, excellent negotiation skills

8. Drive for results and accountability; Cooperative and good team player

9. Acts consistently with business ethics
